Teaching Philosophy: "Each and every harpist is different. Instead of forcing traditional harp techniques, I work one on one with the student to create a technique that suits them and will help them excel in their auditions, performances, and other musical pursuits. Whatever the student’s goals are will be our focus during lessons - whether that be college auditions, competitions, weddings, or simply to just have fun!
Biography: "Grace Rooney is a premiere harpist from the greater Boston area. Grace has been classically trained in harp technique and music theory for over 8 years. She is currently attending Berklee College of Music, studying contemporary, latin, and jazz harp. She has traveled around the country and the world performing harp, including recording at Abbey Road Studios with The American Youth Harp Ensemble. She has performed at several renowned venues such as the Biltmore Mansion and the National Cathedral. She has taught many students of all different ages and abilities.
Grace began teaching in 2020 and joined Note-worthy Experiences in May 2024.
