Instrumental Angels
Instrumental Angels is a 501(c)(3) charity that receives musical instruments, accessories and monetary donations from people from around the globe. These donated instruments are cleaned and refurbished and then upcycled for U.S. military veterans and children in need throughout the world. To date, thousands of instruments have been given to recipients around Boston to as far away as Fogo Island, Cape Verde, South Africa.
NWE’s Music Director, Renee Bordner volunteers regularly and her children Grant and Ellen were the inspiration and founders of Instrumental Angels. Instrumental Angels and Note-worthy Experiences operate at the same address.

Demi took all of these instruments and more to Edesia Nutrition in Rhode Island. From there they were loaded in a container headed to Sierra Leone, West Africa to help create a student band!
