Teaching Philosophy: “I believe there are two sides to being a good musician; there is the technical side where we learn the scales, theory, practice regimens and discipline, and the spiritual side in which we explore musical expression, communication, collaboration, and creativity. It is important to develop discipline, but equally important to exercise the creative muscle while young so that “creatrophy” does not set in! While we set a course for a program in technical expertise, we must also push the boundaries of human ingenuity and explore the great musical potential that we all possess!”
