Teaching Philosophy: "My teaching is flexible, and I tailor lessons individually to each student’s goals, abilities, and experience. I create a supportive environment so that my students find joy in creating music and feel comfortable experimenting with new ideas to improve. I also help my students achieve a solid foundation of musicianship and technique on their instrument and build problem-solving skills and practice strategies so that they can continue developing their skills outside of lessons. I love sharing the joy of playing music with my students and helping them discover new techniques and ease in playing."
