Teaching Philosophy: "Over my 20 years of teaching violin and piano in both Suzuki and traditional methods, I have had lots of opportunities to hone my technique. While I believe advancement and achievement are very important, I have found that having fun is the most important aspect of music education. This is especially important when the novelty of that new instrument wears off and the work really begins! Music is an inseparable part of my personality and life, and I try to make my enthusiasm for music as infectious as possible, no matter the student’s age or ability level."
