What discounts does the studio offer?
Note-worthy Experiences offers free registration to active duty service members and veterans and their children.
Where should I send a check?
Checks should be made payable to Note-worthy Experiences Music Studio and sent to 75 Witherell Drive, Sudbury, MA 01776. In order for our instructors to focus on your student and the individualized lesson plans please send all payments and paperwork directly to the studio.
How can I pay online?
The studio accepts online payments from Zelle (https://www.zellepay.com/to email@example.com), or your financial institution's online payment service. PayPal and Venmo (at Renee-Bordner) may also be used. You may request an account statement by contacting Marie at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if I need to miss a lesson?
24 hours' notice is required for any lesson cancellations in an email to the instructor, Renee and Office Manager. Lessons canceled within 24 hours are nonrefundable and will not be credited (unless it is an extreme emergency). Students may opt to reschedule or take a lesson via Zoom, Google, Skype or FaceTime.
If a student opts to take 4 or more consecutive weeks off from lessons the lesson spot with the instructor will not be guaranteed.
Does the studio offer free trial lessons?
We do not offer free trial lessons as we are dedicated to paying each teacher for their time travelling to the student's home for each lesson. However, if a family is not sure they want to commit to lessons right away, they may wait to pay the registration fee until they have decided the teacher is a good fit for them.
Any tuition or billing questions may be directed to Note-worthy Experiences' Office Manager, Marie, at email@example.com.
If you currently take lessons with the studio and refer someone to us, you will receive a $40 tuition credit to your account.
